Behavior Analysis Services*
 
The development, implementation and monitoring of ABA programs requires specific competencies.Our behavior analysts stand firm in providing ethically sound behavior analysis services to individuals, based on the Behavior Analyst Certification Board’s (BACB) Guidelines for Responsible Conduct. It is our goal to assist individuals with behavioral difficulties to achieve the best possible quality of life.
 
Behavior analysis services are provided to assist individuals to acquire new behaviors, which are directly related to existing challenging behaviors or functionally equivalent replacement behaviors for the identified problematic behaviors. Services may also be provided to increase existing behavior, to reduce existing behavior, and to emit behavior under precise environmental conditions.
 
At I-CAN, Inc., we provide state of the art behavior services for individuals with a variety of behavioral challenges. All of our Behavior Analysts are Certified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). The BACB is the entitiy which oversees the formal credentialing of professional behavior analysts. The individuals receiving behavior analysis services, and their families, can be assured that the staff of I-CAN, Inc. overseeing these programs obtain ongoing training and maintain current certification under the BACB.
 
I-CAN, Inc. has a staff of Board Certified associate Behavior Analysts (BCaBA) and behavior assistants who are overseen by Dr. Renk and Zachary Houston. Behavioral staff are trained in Professional Crisis Management (PCM) for crisis intervention.
 

*The term “behavior analysis services” includes the terms “behavior programming” and “behavioral programs.” Behavior analysis includes the design, implementation and evaluation of systematic environmental modifications for the purposes of producing socially significant improvements in and understanding of human behavior based on the principles of behavior identified through the experimental analysis of behavior.
