Dr. Janice Renk and Mr. Zachary Houston have years of experience providing Behavior Analysis consultation to group homes. Our consultation services include the initial training of staff in the basics of behavior analysis. Two courses: TOOLS FOR POSITIVE BEHAVIOR CHANGE and an additional ten hour class entitled, INTERACTING WITH ADULTS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. Mr. Houston is also a certified Professional Crisis Management instructor. Professional Crisis Management is a physical management system that is approved for use in a number of states, including under Florida's new Reactive Strategies Rule (65G-8)
 
The consultation provided by I-CAN is a combination of clinical supervision of staff based on the level of behavior services and program guidelines provided, the development of behavior programs for each consumer, the implementation and training of each program to caregivers and the monitoring of programs and staff implementation.
